If you (or your teen) struggle with your relationship to food and your body, you’re not alone. Recovering from these issues can feel impossible in a society that encourages us to engage in disordered behaviors around diet and exercise.

I work from a Health At Every Size® approach to help you feel at peace with your body and promote better health, no matter your size or shape.

I can also help you build and practice skills around Intiuitive Eating, to so that you can tune into your body’s natural wisdom. We will work together to find practical strategies for gaining food & body freedom while exploring the underlying issues.

Disordered eating is a complex condition that requires a unique treatment approach. Most people benefit from working with a team that includes other providers besides a therapist, like a dietitian and/or medical provider.

In addition, some clients need a higher level of care than I can provide with weekly therapy, such as intensive outpatient (IOP) or residential treatment.

We will discuss your individual needs during your first session. I can provide you with referrals to other providers or treatment centers if needed. I can also support clients who are stepping down from IOP.
